Our 6-month guarantee

Every Grass Master implement carries a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing and workmanship defects, from the date of collection or delivery. Made in Potchefstroom from A-grade steel.

What the guarantee covers

Defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear parts (such as blades), misuse, accident damage, or fitting an implement to a tractor outside its stated kW range.

Returns & refunds

Because most implements are built or prepared to order, please contact Conrad on 072 354 6205 before returning anything. If an implement is faulty within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This applies to manufacturing and workmanship defects only. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Making a claim

Call or WhatsApp Conrad on 072 354 6205 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange inspection, repair, replacement or collection as needed.
